SOL Group in Greece is looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.  He/She will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.  The ideal candidate will be motivated to join SOL Group, sharing  its values, culture, code of ethics, as well as the career  development possibilities the company offers. He/she will be responsible for Healthcare Sales to Hospitals and clinics:  products, equipment and services (B2B) for Greece. 


Entry requirements

  • 3–5  years of experience in sales, with a good record of achieving targets
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience from  a multinational environment – International exposure
  • A degree in life sciences, like biology, pharmacy or biomedical sciences or a background in Healthcare sector or technical sales would be considered as a plus


Main Duties

  • Present, promote and sell products/equipment/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Support/Contribute to the development of the company's strategies, as well as the setting of sales' targets
  • Stay tuned with the market:  be updated on products and competitors
  • Monitor the activity's performance
  • Compile and analyse sales figures
  • Handle key customer accounts 
  • Report - back to the Senior Sales Manager
