Applications and Sales Engineer (Athens territory)

General Mission

Responsible for delivering innovative industrial and technical solutions across dynamic industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials & Construction and Oil & Energy. Execute strategic deals that make a real difference for clients and the company. Understand and match customer requirements with innovative and effective offerings.

Join our team as an Applications and Sales Engineer and become a key player in transforming how businesses achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities and develop new markets
  • Promote innovative technical solutions associated with gases
  • Work closely with sales, technical and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions and ensure timely & quality delivery of technical projects
  • Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements and secure winning deals
  • Create, develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA will be considered as a plus
  • At least 2-3 years experience in relevant positions preferably in industrial or technical environment - B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise
  • Solution oriented
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate
  • Accountable & well organized
  • Τake initiative and be proactive
