The engineers in our company are part of our DNA, almost ⅓ of our total headcount. SOL's engineers have the possibility to enlarge their knowledge and know-how in every field of their studies. They can deeply understand and be involved in our industrial activities in Aspropyrgos and as well as in other industrial facilities in the country and also in different chemical processes and new projects. They will have opportunities like nowhere else, to learn about the chemical industry and build a strong profile in the industry and management.
For our industrial facility in Aspropyrgos plant we are looking for young, enthusiastic and studious engineers:
Electrical Engineer
Chemical Engineer
Mechanical Engineer
They will be part of our Plan for the New Engineer Generation. People that will undertake new responsibilities and positions in the future in our company inside and outside of Greece.
Main scope of the positions
Supports Production, Operations and Maintenance of Industrial and Medical gases facility in our Aspropyrgos plant. One of the biggest filling complexes in Europe. Ensure our products conform to National and European Legislation and according to the company's specifications and customer's requirements. Manage the headcount for this result and operate the equipment at a highest level.
Main responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth production of gases required, while monitoring the output and quality of the final product
- Ensure the Safety and Quality standards of the operations
- Be part of the management team of the Site and under the supervision of the Site Manager
- Prepared for Quality & Safety audits, internal or external
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators for his/her activity
- Create/Update processes, workflows and procedures
- Participate to the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment and operations
- Be interactive with the working environment, bring new ideas
- Implement the company plans and participate to the new projects

Knowledge – Skills - Abilities
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Desire to work in an industrial environment
- Follow rules and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Safety oriented
- Demonstrating responsibility and accountability in an industrial environment.
- Proactiveness
- Prior experience with Pharmacopeia will be considered as a plus
