SOL Hellas, Multinational leader in the production and marketing of industrial and medicinal gases, is looking for a results-driven Procurement Specialist to join its Procurement team and play a key role in modernizing the company's Procure-to-Pay process. Reporting to Procurement Manager the role will support end-to-end sourcing, supplier negotiations and category management within a fast-paced commercial and industrial environment. The role is based in SOL Hellas Headquarters in Marousi Athens.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle across assigned categories of materials and services, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, PO issuance and follow-up.
- Conduct market research, identify and qualify new suppliers, and support commercial negotiations to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, service and delivery terms.
- Contribute to the modernization of the Procure-to-Pay process in close cooperation with Operations, Finance/AP and IT.
- Builds collaborative, win-win partnerships with internal stakeholders primarily the industrial and technical departments as well as Finance, QA and IT acting as a trusted business partner
- Monitor supplier performance, track savings and procurement KPIs, and support the implementation of Group procurement category strategies.

Skills required
Skills - Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field; Master's in Supply Chain Management or MBA will be considered
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on procurement experience in a commercial and industrial environment
- Solid working knowledge of SAP MM (PR/PO workflows, vendor master data etc)
- Native Greek and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Proven ability to source suppliers, support negotiations and analyze commercial proposals.
- Hands-on, ownership mindset with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
