For its facilities in the HQ, based in Maroussi  is looking for:   Applications and Sales Engineer  (Athens territory) General Mission Responsible for delivering innovative industrial and technical solutions across dynamic industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials & Construction and Oil & Energy.  Execute strategic deals that make a real difference for clients and the company. Understand and match customer requirements with innovative and effective offerings. Join our team as an Applications and Sales Engineer and become a key player in transforming how businesses achieve success. Key Responsibilities  - Identify new opportunities and develop new markets - Promote innovative technical solutions associated with gases - Work closely with sales, technical and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions and ensure timely & quality delivery of technical projects - Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction - Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners - Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements and secure winning deals - Create, develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives - Drive revenue growth and improve profitability - Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management   Requirements  - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA will be considered as a plus - At least 2-3 years experience in relevant positions preferably in industrial or technical environment - B2B sales - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise - Solution oriented - Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking  - Ability to be polite and compassionate  - Accountable & well organized - Τake initiative and be proactive  - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Through a combination of technical expertise, a customer-focused approach, we aim to contribute to the success of our clients' operations and the advancement of scientific research and applications. We strive to lead the industry in delivering reliable products, personalized service, and innovative solutions that foster trust and long-term value.  Key Responsibilities - Sales and Business Development: - Identify and target potential new customers within the pharmaceutical, academic, and industrial sectors. - Present, promote, and sell scientific gases and related services to new and existing clients. - Achieve sales targets.  - Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, laboratory managers, and procurement teams. - Conduct regular visits to client sites to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. - Technical Expertise: - Understand the product portfolio, including the applications, and handling requirements of scientific gases. - Provide technical guidance to customers, ensuring they select the best products and services for their operations. - Collaborate with technical teams to address customer queries and troubleshoot any issues. - Market Analysis and Strategy: - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share. - Reporting and Administration: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.
